I just received it and I cant wait to try it out more. I have used it once and for the price I am very happy with it.

Extremely stable, but not small (which is supposed to be the point, right?)

The mono pod is surprisingly stable and does everything you could possibly want a folding stick to do. It is extremely useful for using smaller high-res cameras since they are harder to hold still.
BUT - when folded it is still surprisingly large. In fact, it is larger (mostly in length) then my TRIPOD by quite a significant margin. And I have a fairly substantial Manfroto tripod.

This was just what I needed to stabilize my Canon Rebel when I have a heavier telephoto lens on it. It is compact, light weight and the case fits nicely on the outside of my bag.

For the price you cant go wrong. Its very lightweight and easy to use.
The only drawback I have is the cloth case you can store it in. Other than that its a great buy...I reccomend it.

I needed a monopod after watching hand held video I recorded on my Canon HF-100. Im not going to repeat anything from other reviews except Amazon continues to provide great products at bargain prices. This Kodak monopod works great, costs $15.00 and comes from 47th Street Photo who kept in touch until it arrived. It was a pleasure working with this company.
